~Happy Customer: I have been a cardholder with Higher One for * yrs and experienced nothing but great service. Most information they provide are linked to our account and if many students toke time to read this information, this could alleviate many of your issues. You shouldn't be rewarded for your own personal mistake. Don't blame the Company
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting HigherOne. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a HigherOne problem?
~Happy Customer: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Happy Customer: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HigherOne's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
