~NeedingHelpDidn'tGetIt: The lady I spoke with "Brenda" had no idea what my balance or status of refund was and when I asked her to transfer me to a supervisor she said she couldn't because she was working from her house. Then after ** minutes of complete silence, not answering me when I said "hello, are you still there?" for ** minutes STRAIGHT, as I could here her talking and typing on the other line, she then said, I can transfer you now and put me on hold and no one ever answered......worst customer service I have EVER experienced! She should NOT work at this company!!
