GetHuman-loriasel: I hate viceland! I want H* programming back.
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/26/17?
GetHuman-loriasel: I have been a directv customer for * yrs. The programming pk I got was because of H*. Now if it stays viceland I see no reason to keep the more expensive programming. H* was my favorite channel.

GetHuman-loriasel: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-loriasel: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about History.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-loriasel: For that I would say one out of five.
