~MZANONY's review of History.com customer service

GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's History.com customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~MZANONY: THERE WAS NO ONE AT THE OTHER END OF THE LINE BUT THERE WAS AN IMMEDIATE AND OBVIOUSLY INTENTIONALLY HIGHLY INSULTING RECORDED MESSAGE: THANK YOU FOR CALLING. GOOD BYE. I AM GOING TO FILE A FORMAL COMPLAINT TO THE FCC THAT THERE IS ZERO WAY TO CONTACT THE HISTORY CHANNEL. THIS INACCESSIBILITY FOR AN ENTIRE TV CHANNEL TO AVOID PUBLIC INTERACTION SHOULD BE ILLEGAL BY ANY BUSINESS WHATSOEVER BUT ESPECIALLY BUSINESSES THAT ARE IN THE BUSINESS OF COMMUNICATING WHAT THEY WANT TO SAY AND DISAVOW ENTIRELY FEEDBACK FROM THEIR VIEWERS EXCEPT BY EMAIL - WHICH IN MANY INSTANCES IS TOO DELAYED RESPONSE INTENSIVE.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting History.com. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a History.com problem?
~MZANONY: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~MZANONY: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about History.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~MZANONY: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other History.com customers?
~MZANONY: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for History.com to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~MZANONY taken from his History.com customer service problem that occurred on November 17th, 2017.
