GetHuman-153867: Bad service. I waited all day at home, driver didn't turn up, nor left any calling card. The following day he tried to deliver but I was at work. When I rescheduled online for next week delivery to match my day off, no parcel came. When I called them, they had no record of my rescheduling, even though the website confirmed my rescheduled date. Customer adviser was apologizing and set up the delivery for next day for morning hours. Driver came in the afternoon so I missed it. When I rescheduled online the same situation repeated. Today, on my day off, waiting for delivery, I called them just in case to see if they have record, no record. Which is utterly ridiculous as their website clearly confirmed my rescheduled day. I am not happy customer.
