~Mr Cheesedoff: I had left a note on my door with a telephone number for the driver to call as I live on a farm and was around the area. He failed to call and just left a card. Seems that HDN don't issue their drivers with a phone so they cannot be contacted. Also the vans don't have any means of being tracked so the telephone operator is unable to find out where the driver is. This is a rubbish company whom I would not ever use for my own deliveries. Just a shame that Littlewoods and companys like them use such unprofessional couriers.
