~Pete: Pathetic company. Having missed a delivery, I received a card informing me it was returned to the depot and giving details of how to re-schedule. Having re-scheduled and taken a day off work to receive my parcel I was a bit concerned when by **** it had not appeared. Having called HDNL customer services (If you input an incorrect number twice you are diverted to a human!)I was surprised to find they think it was delicered. In essence, the driver has lost it and I am fuming!!
