GetHuman-183473: do not ever use this company. the drivers can not follow simple instructions, their depots are miles away from home. and when you ask them to re deliver they dont. I ordered some stuff from the early learning centre, they stated that the parcel would be with me with in a few days. I specified that if I was not in, to leave it at my neighboroughs. they tried to deliver the parcels, and everyone was at work. they did not even knock at the neighboroughs as asked. A card was just shoved throw the dooor with no name on it, when I contacted the depot they stated that they deliver from *am to * pm, but then stated at * **pm that the parcel was back in the depot which is in Norwich over a *** mile round trip for me. I e-mail the company on sunday for the delivery on Monday. but they could not even get this right. and i had to pay my mother in law a days wages to stay in for the day, home did not deliver until the next day but not until we chased them up. very bad service. I can not even find
