GetHuman-alohaann: purchased new frigidaire laundry center and not working in less than four days that local Home Depot store refuses to replace or refund money. They have had the mfg send techs twice with parts and it is still not working and has been damaged even more during their attempted service call. The complete dryer drum was removed and electrical sparks were flying. It is very evident it is unsafe to operate. I have talked to asst store mgr*Craig and he has not followed up to date. I am not sure what other recourse to do other than contacting the local media. I purchased this product because I thought that Home Depot was a reliable company that stood behind the products they sold.

GetHuman: And what about Home Depot's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-alohaann: For that I would say four out of five.
