GetHuman-201753: Tried to re-book a hotel that I had to cancel ** min prior! Talked on the phone with someone for ** minutes, he quoted me, and when I confirmed the booking, he told me he didn't book it fast enough and the price had gone up $***night! When I asked for a supervisor, he put me on hold and hung up. Called back and got a "supervisor" who told me she had no-one above her in the company and she managed the customer support so if she couldn't help me, no-one could. She also refused to give me any information to track*report the call.
