~Rachel: hotel dot com is the worst company. Do NOT use them they are evil. the computer booked the wrong date and they are charging $*** to cancel. RUN away!! do NOT use them. * mins after the mistake was made we called them. they put us on hold ** minutes then Mr. India said he would refund one day and book the one correct night. then he put us on hold for another ** minutes. Then another (perhaps the same) Mr India said he would cancel but charge us $*** dollars. Now not one night to stay and we are charged for * nights!! What crappy customer service. **hotel dot com is horrible
