~buyusa: After dealing with total tyrant employees at other numbers (***-***-**** and ***-***-****) tech support. that were rude, disrespectful, unprofessional to put it mildly, who would constantly put me on hold for long periods of time, offer no solutions to numerous problems and ultimately intentionally drop my call not once but * times in one evening, very maddening. I was totally pleased with my experience here, talking with a Carlos A. that was pleasant, well spoken and very helpful, he listened to my issues, treated me like a customer and offered sound solutions,without putting me on hold once, all within ** minutes, what a difference. THANKS Carlos A. Wake up Hughsnet, fire the tyrants and hire more like Carlos.

~buyusa: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~buyusa: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HughesNet's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~buyusa: For that I would say three out of five.

~buyusa: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HughesNet to know who you are.
