~Miz Barkee: Human immediately transferred me to automated answer system! Then I found out my replacement modem which I was told by two different people on two different calls was shipped a week ago was actually on back order and I wouldn't receive it for another * days! If Hughesnet wasn't my only alternative, I would never use it!

~Miz Barkee: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Miz Barkee: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HughesNet's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Miz Barkee: For that I would say two out of five.

~Miz Barkee: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HughesNet to know who you are.
