~Herbie: I called to cancel an "order" that never should have been considered as an order. It was merely an inquiry about service and cost.The first guy I talked to was friendly, but said I needed to talk to someone in another department.He transferred me.After waiting about ** minutes, some answered, I explained my story to him again. In conclusion he said he would cancel that "order"

~Herbie: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Herbie: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HughesNet's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Herbie: For that I would say one out of five.

~Herbie: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HughesNet to know who you are.
