~DC: Yes I can. It was middle of the night, on November 18th.

~DC: They came out and hooked me up. Speed was very slow. Upload was **% of what was quoted. They would not send anyone out. Spent over * hours on calls. They finally admitted they dish was off alignment. Tried to get them to pinpoint a time of showing up. They couldn't or didn't want to. Cancelled and called Dish. They came out the next morning (Easter Sunday). Yes, that's right, Easter Sunday. Had me up and going in about ** minutes.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting HughesNet. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a HughesNet problem?
~DC: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~DC: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HughesNet's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~DC: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other HughesNet customers?
~DC: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HughesNet to know who you are.
