GetHuman-134721: They have by far the best customer service representatives i have ever worked with! I really appreciated their genuine care and concern for my situation i felt horrible that they worked for such a terrible company! However I will NEVER use Hughes net EVER again! After a situation regarding early termination they clearly as a company are not customer orientated I had to send in multiple faxes with information they requested and never received even though I have fax comfirmations. i was finally able to send it via email (which originally i was told was not an option) after calling for the *th time!! If you send them ANYTHING CALL CALL AND CALL!!! or you WILL be charged!! after multiple faxes and emails and two months of calling we have thankfully finally gotten our early termination issue resolved!!

GetHuman: And what about HughesNet's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-134721: For that I would say five out of five.
