~TICKED OFF!!!: It is a fight to get a claim paid before the facility sends it to collections all because they have no clue what hospitals or clinics are in network or out of network. They are rude and uncooth, instead of inquiring into the area of complaint i believe they pass it on to someone else ( so they can finish thier jelly dounut no dought)
