~Gigi: I only had to press "*" a couple of times, then said" Customer Service". Hold time *- * minutes.**I spoke with very nice, friendly, American "Becky". My comments were about specific color combinations of the new **** cars that I'm considering buying. It wasn't a problem that she could solve, but she allowed me to vent my frustrations in a kind manner. I was given a case number and an address to send my frustrations to the proper department. Very pleasant experience despite my frustrations with the purpose of my call.**A much more pleasant experience than calling Kia!

~Gigi: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Gigi: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Hyundai's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Gigi: For that I would say five out of five.
