~Bob Lieberman: They resolved a minor portion of the problem. The major problem is why we were charged $***.***mo for a *yr lease when they send me advertizing that says it should be $****mo. for * years and we had a trade-in to boot? We were only allowed to register a complaint against Jenkins Hyundai in Ocala, FL and were told to contact Hyundai Finance which was misinformation. The case * is ****** on *******.

~Bob Lieberman: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Bob Lieberman: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Hyundai's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Bob Lieberman: For that I would say two out of five.
