~shoprix: I needed to exchange a pair of jeans for a different size. The Customer service agent did and excellent job, verified that the correct size was available and initiated the new order. She sent me a return label and gave me a free shipping voucher for the new item. the trick was to listen to the prompt and hit * for returns. thank you Get Human for publishing this phone number because ideeli no longer publishes on their website. They do not do exchanges rather they initiate a new order and will credit the account when the first item is returned I think my account will be credited
