~veronica wu: I purchased * Kinetic dining chairs from Ideeli and they charged me all at the same time before they shipped out... and * chairs are missing... i have been trying to contact their customer service but there's no direct line to call and only live chat from the computer or email.... it's so inconvenient and takes forever for reply.... it's been * weeks and the * missing chairs still missing.... and they still have no solutions or answer... horrible experience!!! wish i never ordered from them!!!
