~niki: Yeah. It was afternoon, on November 12th.

GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Ideeli customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~niki: they have this ugly habit of sending things out part through ups and the rest of the way through usps.in this process,it takes forever to receive the shipment*item.the items arrived damaged*destroyed.it took the clowns days to respond and by then it was too late to file a claim with my credit card company.so i'm stuck with items that are destroyed,no refunds,no comoensation and no reply*response as promised by ideeli,just a generic e-mail so for me.it's the best way to run a scam and make profit.you can't charge people for items not received as promised.the terms of mode of shipment should be disclosed so consumer can make an informed dicision.thinking about filing a complain again st them with the FTC

~niki: For that I would say four out of five.
