GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/07/17?
GetHuman66315: Ordered a sectional. Said * weeks for delivery. Called to cancel order * days before shipment. IKEA said the order was cancelled and provided a confirmation number. Got a notification my sectional was ready for delivery. Called once a again to cancel. Was told the sectional would be shipped to the closest store and I would have a refund within *-** days. It is now almost a month after my initial cancellation, no refund. I have been on hold for over ** minutes waiting to resolve this.
