~mrstkdsd: I had to call three times to finally get real help, and that was after being left on hold, while the girl got the "parts guy" but then after another ** minutes got disconnected, then the second time the girl told me to use a hammer for a *****! when the instructions say NO HAMMER! then she HUNG UP ON ME! I called the third time, and "Glen" finally helped me, and was very polite about it. The instructions for the Lillangen mirror cabinet (***.***.**) only has pictures for instructions. They do not show the wall on step ** for mounting, so it is NOT clear that the fat plastic washer needs to go next to the wall behind the cabinet. These instructions need to be revised to make this step clear.

~mrstkdsd: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~mrstkdsd: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Ikea's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~mrstkdsd: For that I would say two out of five.

~mrstkdsd: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Ikea to know who you are.
