~dissappointed mom: Called this number* given an alternative number to call since I ordered direct (knew I was in trouble...) Upset that they had not responded to my email request for a tracking number. Was placed on hold so he could check on order. He informed me that USPS shows set to deliver on Saturday, Dec **th AFTER Christmas, which is more that seven (*) business days. Told him it would be nice if their website would update the info* he said it was not their fault, that USPS updates their own information. Told him it the tracking number would have been provided, I could have tracked it myself.*HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
