~DLWC62: I am very angry with Incredimail customer service. The service is terrible. Also since I live in the United States many of these so called Incredimail reps are foreigners from India or the Phillipines or some other place in the world. You cannot understand them because they have a terrible accent from some other country. I have been with Incredimail since it's very Beginnings and the company provides good products but terrible customer service, poor communication skills, most of these level * tech support are unskilled and don't know what they are saying or doing. I have life-time membership licences with many of their products stemming back to the year ****. Incredimail is located in Israel and I have been to Israel many times. I am a United States Citizen by "Birth"!! and so is my parents, grandparents, and great grandparents. I am not a foreigner living in the United States of America. I need to speak to a competent skilled support techician about my premium Incredimail products of

~DLWC62: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.

~DLWC62: For that I would say one out of five.
