GetHuman-406232: I want to change to paper billing from automatic payments from my checking starting January, so I called the billing number. He said he could not do anything. I had to go to the website and delete my checking account. I tried, but it didn't work, because it has a pending transaction. I wanted someone to set up the paper billing for me. He could not. (or would not?) I want to change to paper, because this year I will be able to have Medicare.
