~legallady32: I contacted the Star on ****** and spoke with Nicole Page. Cancelled my subscription and told her that I did not want any further auto-pays to come from my bank account and please send final bill to my address. I was put on hold, and she came back on the line and told me everything was taken care of and I would receive a bill for the balance of $*.**. One *-**-**, the Star automatically deducted the full monthly installment from my bank account, so I had to call the Star back. Again going through all the push prompts and the wait I finally got Susie, Foreign and barely speaks English. Told her my situation and she advised that she completed the paperwork and was going to have the balance of $**.** deposited back into my account and the problem was I stopped service on the **th and it was too close to stop the auto-pay coming out on the **th. I CORRECTED her and told her I stopped it on the *th and it was not my problem it took * days for them to receive the notice. Which I assu
