~unsatisfied customer: Tried to call about ongoing problem with cable t.v. On hold for ** minutes, then disconnected. Called back and on hold for ** minutes, then disconnected. Called sales and explained that unable to get through and salesman just put me back to same hold que!!! Hung up.
