~Nichole: Customer service representative was unable to help us as he basically read from an owners manual. Told us to take our product to a store and pay to get it fixed. We will never buy an insignia product again.

~Nichole: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Nichole: For that I would say four out of five.
