GetHuman-273997: I bought a TV with a remote that did not work. The store told me to "call" and they would send out a new one. Really, I should just have taken the TV back. This so-called service is geared toward you solving your own problem, as is the website. I WOULD NEVER BUY THIS BRAND AGAIN.

GetHuman-273997: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-273997: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Insignia's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-273997: For that I would say three out of five.
