GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/29/17?
GetHuman41336: Overscan is locked on and I cannot turn it off. Using the "normal" zoom forces the screen to be a square and distorts the image and "wide" cuts of a decent portion of the picture. how can I fix this? all other answers I've read regarding this situation have been less than helpful.
