~Gimlet: I hate to give a poor rating as the people are polite but I joined their VIP membership ** days free and have since paid * monthly payments and have had too many problems accessing their site. Also I never received the discount on the trial purchase and have submitted * claims and still waiting for rebate (they do have some time left) but now when I log in to submit a rebate claim it won't open up to the section to put in the information. So far I am out about ** dollars and have nothing to show for it. I also belong to freeshipping.com which it turns out is the same company but that site works fine so what the issue is I don't know but don't want to cancel my membership until I reeive the rebates owed me which at that point will probably be a wash. They need to offer the same type of options as their free shipping site where you can review your claim history.
