The owner, John Fleischmann, apparently sits in his impregnable Ivory Tower and refuses to speak to his customers. After an hour on the phone with * poorly educated and rude individuals, the last of which hung up on me * times, I have decided to make it my mission to share my experiences with this company. As well, they feel superior enough to make executive decisions with regard to your order, which for me is untenable. I would rather do without than ever give this company one cent of my money. I hope you do the same.
