~StrangeGirl : Calling Intuit is a waste of time, plus the time you wait- customer service knowledge is limited with agents, beyond frustrated with overly long hold times, and lack of knowledge. As a ProAdvisor this is horrible. For myself and staff and our clients. Quit up selling me a fix the problems.

~StrangeGirl : I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~StrangeGirl : I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Intuit's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~StrangeGirl : For that I would say five out of five.
