~chris Spaseff: I called the East coast area several times at about *:** PM Centeral Coast Time and received a message stating that your office is only open until *:** PCT. How can your office close when *:: CCT is hours much eariler than my time. I'm having enough trouble with the IRS without having problems with the paid service thats supposed help me . Is there any workable and relable solution*to this serious problem.? Whrn I need help when I have a problem not an automated voice thats worthless.* Very Disappointed ,Chris Spaseff
