~wasted time: Spoke with the office of President said all the right things did nothing, must be SOP. Third call, still no resolution on the phone for over ** minutes mostly on hold. I think they rely on us not being able to understand what customer nonservice says* it is very hard to understand what they say* and I have even less faith that they were actually able to understand me.

~wasted time: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~wasted time: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Intuit's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~wasted time: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Intuit customers?
~wasted time: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Intuit to know who you are.
