First off have yet to have someone tell me why it takes * to * days to process paperwork they created for me to fill out, and send back. Also if you do have a three to five day, you don't have to take that long just because you have been trained to state that over the phone. They are the slowest company I have ever had to deal with and if I had the choice would fire them in an instant. So if you have the opportunity to look elsewhere i recommend that. There are better companies out there for you retirement or financial needs.
