GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/27/17?
GetHuman-sachets: Today while eating their yogurt*granola*fruit bowl I started chewing on something not right. I pulled a * inch rubber band out of my mouth. So disgusting!! I tried to call customer service * times, * times I hung up aver being on hold for ** minutes, the third time I was disconnected after waiting ** minutes. Sadly they don't seem interested in sanitary and safety issues.
