~Jones: Two items are frustrating for me. My main concern is that the smoothie is not properly blended. I find chucks of bananas and strawberries in my smoothie. This has occurred * times. I've complained once by phone. Each time I specifically ask them for "well blended" when making the order and usually have to hover over them to make sure it is. I know the commercial grade blenders that they use can completely eliminate any chunks. I have one at home that I use on weekends. They're just rushing the process. This is just annoying. Especially when paying $*-*. It should be called "chunky" not "smoothie". My *nd concern is that the fruit they use is frozen.

~Jones: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Jones: For that I would say two out of five.
