~Angrylady: Called and reported an outage * different times. They told us that our power was restored when it wasnt. We told them (for the *rd time) that there were wires down on our road and then told us we would be put on the list for a crew to come out. The crew came out * days later and told us the reason we had no power was because there were wires down. DUH YOU DUMB *****! They then said that they would have a different work crew come out to try to fix it. How stupid can you people possibly be. * days without power because of a * inch. snow storm. Rediculous!
