GetHuman-232000: I contacted Jersey Central Power & Light and tried to start the electricity for my mom*€*s apartment. After hold for ** minutes to go through the machine options, finally spoke to a human, then I got transferred to the Application*Service Department. The wait time was ** minutes to an hour. I missed the option for asking them to call me back, and there's no way to go back to that option. In order to go back I had to hang up and started with the *-*** * all over again, and the leave message option was not there anymore. Perhaps the mail box was full? I hold for * hour and ** minutes today. I started home and dropped my kids at summer camp and went to the doctor's office and I was still on hold! I wanted to meet the person who gave Jersey Central Power & Light praise. God bless the MONAPOLY!!!
