GetHuman-369039: Bought a refurb Joy computer from Wal Mart. None of the USB ports were operable. The Joy tech tried to reinstall drivers but couldn't. After setting up the computer, I had purchased MS *** via online download. Told this to the Joy tech and he basically told me 'tough luck.' Crappy products * crappy service * crappy company. Avoid!
