~chasweb157: I am trying to contact Joy Systems about a problem I am having with my Dell *** refurbished PC computer. I am having problems with my Windows * Professional Edition. My computer came with Windows * Pro programmed on it, but I cannot validate my computer. I have tried to get Microsoft to accept the keycode but it doesn't work. And also my computer came with the wrong recovery disc, it came with Windows * Home Edition and not The Pro Edition. Help me. *****@***.com
