GetHuman-193440: Was on hold for ** min, starting at ** in line with ** min hold time got down to ** with a ** min hold time and then was started all over again with ** and a hold time of ** min. I understand that these lines may be busy but to start hold time backward. this is ridiculous. I have tried several times since then and the line is always busy. I have problems with a computer than is only a week old and evidently no where to go for help.
