~fairdocks: Juniper customer service told me there was a residual charge of .** after I paid the balance in full. This let to a fee of *.** on the next statement. They kept insisting that I need to pay. I was put thru to a supervisor and after waiting ten minutes and hearing music, someone came on and asked me if I could hold a little longer. I said yes. After another minute of music I was cut off. I called back and had to go thru the process again. Finally the supervisor removed the charge.
