~Highly Frustrated: This is the most horrible service I've ever experienced. I've tried to resolve a balance on my deceased father-in-laws account with no success. I called * times in ** minutes each time to be transferred to a number that did nothing but give a static sound and eventually go dead. I even asked for the number to which I was being transferred and tried to call the number myself reaching the same outcome as when transferred. I get the impression these "so called" Customer Support Specialists are transferring me to keep from having to deal with the situation. During one call I asked to speak to a supervisor and was apparently transferred to that same out of space number because the phone just went dead after a couple of minutes. If your interested in a credit card company that has good customer relations and good customer support, consider your choices wisely.
