~aggrevated: I WENT TO KFC PM MCGRADY DRIVE IN CLEVELAND TN. THE CASHIERS WERE GREAT I WAS EATING THERE. I DROPPED MY FOOD ON THE GROUND AND WHEN GOING TO ASK FOR A MOP AND BROOM TO CLEAN UP MY MESS THEY SAID THEY WOULD CLEAN IT UP AND SAID IT WAS NO PROBLEM. ONE LADY WAS TALL WITH GLASSES THE OTHER SHORT BROWN HEADED WITH GLASSES. THEY LET ME KNOW IT WAS NO PROBLEM AND TOOK CARE OF ME AND MY TWO OTHER FRIENDS WHOM WERE EATING THERE. THE FOOD WAS GREAT THE SERVICE WAS GREAT BUT THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WAS THE TWO CASHIERS OVER IN THE DRIVE THRU AREA WERE JUST STANDING THERE GOOFING OFF AND POURING WATER BEHIND A TABLE. THE PLACE WAS STARTING TO STINK. THE TALL ONE ASKED THEM TO STOP WHEN I COMPLAINED AND THEY STARTED YELLING AT HER. THEY LOOKED LIKE TEENAGERS. HER NAME TAG SAID CLEANING CAPTAIN BUT I CANT REMEMBER HER NAME. SHE DID GREAT BUT THE GIRLS WERE JUST IGNORING HER AND BEFORE I LEFT I HEARD SOMEONE REALLY YELLING AT HER NOT TO CALL KATHY ON THINGS ABOUT HER. THIS IS NOT PROFESSIONALISM AND
