~disqusted: I am writing in conjunction with ***** Kuykendahl, Spring Tx. location. *The store itself is filthy. The last few times I have went to purchase chicken the service was horrible and the chicken was extremely dry and tasted nothing like what the original recipe used to taste like. I will not go back.

~disqusted: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about KFC's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~disqusted: For that I would say one out of five.

~disqusted: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for KFC to know who you are.
