~1pissedoffcustomer: I bought a family meal and spent $** only to get home and find chicken that appeared to have been sitting all day. It was dried out and hard. They would not replace my food, so I called this hotline. He said he would forward the information to his manager. I asked what about my money back and he said that someone would get in contact with me. Let them not call me back! I will be calling back UNTIL this issue is resolved! Trust me on that!!
